Frequently Asked Questions
When do I need to RSVP by?
Please RSVP by August 1, 2025 for both the welcome party and the wedding day. Be sure to let us know if you’ll be joining us for one or both celebrations.
If you’re unable to attend, you will be truly missed! Please let us know as soon as possible by selecting “not attending” on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly.
Can I bring a guest or my kids?
We are so excited to celebrate this day with our nearest and dearest. Due to limited space, we’re only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation.
We kindly ask that this celebration be adults-only and hope it offers you a chance to relax and enjoy a special weekend getaway!
What is the attire for the wedding?
Our wedding celebration is a black tie affair and we would love to see our family and friends dressed up with us! Gentlemen, black tuxedos are preferred and ladies, please wear long dresses/gowns in solid, vibrant colors. The wedding will take place both indoors and outdoors, but not on grass—so feel free to wear heels!
We can’t wait to see you looking and feeling your best. For more details and inspiration please visit the “attire tab”.
What is the welcome party attire?
“California Chic”. Think effortlessly stylish with a touch of West Coast cool. For women, flowy dresses, jumpsuits, or elevated separates with heels or dressy sandals are perfect. For men, lightweight suits without a tie, dress pants with a button-down, or smart-casual outfits with loafers or nice sneakers work well. Think vineyard vibes — polished but relaxed. Layers are encouraged, as Napa evenings can get cool.
What will the weather be like?
Early October in Calistoga is typically sunny and warm, with daytime temperatures ranging from the mid-70s to mid 80s—though it can occasionally get hotter. Evenings tend to cool off into the 50s, so we recommend bringing a light jacket or wrap to stay comfortable.
What is the Four Seasons Napa Valley Address?
400 Silverado Trail N, Calistoga, CA 94515
Where should I stay?
Please take a look at the “Travel & Stay” tab to view hotel options in the Calistoga area. If you haven’t booked your accommodations yet, we highly recommend doing so as hotels tend to book up well in advance.
Where should we eat, drink, and wine our way through Napa?
We put together a guide and map with some of our favorite spots to eat, drink, and explore. You’ll find everything from great wineries to incredible restaurants. Be sure to check out the “things to do” page as you plan your weekend!
What are the transportation options for the weekend?
We recommend renting a car for the weekend, especially if you plan to explore the Napa Valley area, visit wineries, or stay outside of central Calistoga. That said, there are several options available:
For the Welcome Party (Saturday, October 4) and Wedding Day (Sunday, October 5):
Driving: Hotel valet parking will be available at the venue both days.
Rideshare (Uber/Lyft): These are available in Calistoga, but service may be limited later in the evening, so plan accordingly.
Calistoga Shuttle: A $1 on-demand local shuttle operates daily until 9:00 PM. It’s a great option for short trips within Calistoga. You can request a ride by phone or app.
Additional Options:
Private car services and shuttles are also available with advance booking.
We’ll share more detailed recommendations as the date gets closer, but we suggest arranging your transportation early, especially for evening events.
